Pentair OMNIFilter RS22 Whole House Sediment Water Filter Cartridge

Pentair OMNIFilter RS22 Heavy Duty cartridges are manufactured from a durable polypropylene string that is wound around a rigid polypropylene core. These string-wound cartridges are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 165°F, and will accommodate flow rates between 7 and 10 GPM with minimal pressure drop. The RS22 series cartridges are suitable for a wide variety of sediment filtration applications, including municipal and well water.

The RS22 cartridges are a premium string wound solution to reduce fine sediment, including sand, silt, rust and scale particles. They are wound in a precise pattern around the core, providing greater surface area. The result is higher dirt loading capacity and greater efficiency than standard wound cartridges.

These cartridges are designed to work best with OMNIFilter BF7, BF9C, BF35 and BF36C Heavy Duty Filter Housing, and fit all 10" heavy duty filter housings, replacing any 10" x 4.5" sediment filter cartridge.

Manufactured from a durable polypropylene string precision wound around a rigid polypropylene core, the RS22 cartridges offer economical fine sediment filtration for the whole house, reducing sediment, sand, dirt and rust particles down to 5 Microns in chlorinated or non-chlorinated water supplies.

With a 30,000 gallon capacity, the RS22 cartridges should be replaced every 6 months or when a drop in water pressure or water quality is noticed.
