The Pentair OMNIFilter TO8 Carbon Water Filter is a 10" Heavy Duty Whole House Granular Carbon Taste & Odor Replacement Filter Cartridge measuring 10" x 4.5" with a 25 Micron rating. This filter is effective in reducing chlorine taste and odor, sand, dirt, sediment, and rust particles, providing great-tasting, clean water from every tap in your house.
The filter cartridge is designed to fit the OMNIFilter BF7, BF9C, BF35, and BF36C filter housings, as well as 10" heavy-duty housings of other major brands. It can replace any 10" x 4.5" heavy-duty carbon filter cartridge.
The granular activated carbon cartridge features a radial flow design, which allows for a high flow rate and low pressure drop. This filter offers 50% more capacity and cartridge life than traditional heavy-duty whole-house filters, with a 40,000-gallon capacity.
It is recommended to replace the filter cartridge every 3 months or when you notice a drop in water pressure or water quality.
